Having access issues?
Try these quick checks.
- Ensure power is turned on by checking the power indicator light is green.
- Ensure that all cables are firmly in place from the computer to the modem.
- To ensure you are receiving maximum signal strength to your modem, change the position of the modem until the signal light is amber or green.

If you're a new customer, please view our system requirements below.
You will need to have;
- Windows® 98 and above, Mac® OS 9 and above^
- Pentium® II or higher processor, Power PC® or higher
- 32MB of RAM or higher
- 10MB of available Hard Disk Space
- Available Ethernet or USB port
- CD drive
^ USB modems require Windows® 98 or above
