Having access issues?

Try these quick checks.
  • Ensure power is turned on by checking the power indicator light is green.
  • Ensure that all cables are firmly in place from the computer to the modem.
  • To ensure you are receiving maximum signal strength to your modem, change the position of the modem until the signal light is amber or green.

You will need to have;

  • Windows® 98 and above, Mac® OS 9 and above^
  • Pentium® II or higher processor, Power PC® or higher
  • 32MB of RAM or higher
  • 10MB of available Hard Disk Space
  • Available Ethernet or USB port
  • CD drive

^ USB modems require Windows® 98 or above
